RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit +$10 bonus credit or refund. Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned. 

STORE CREDITS

Returns processed as store credits will receive an additional $10 bonus credit on their return. All credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

REFUNDS

We have the option of standard refunds for all full priced returns or we have also partnered with Refundid for instant refunds. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you have a change of mind in respect of a purchase (e.g. you no longer want the product), we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a store credit + additional $10 or refund.

We won't accept returns for the following:

  • Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original packaging and tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 
  • All sale items are final and we will not be accepting any returns.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, or swimwear (including one piece and sets). The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. 
  • Products that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
  • E-vouchers

 We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

 

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. 

SALE ITEM RETURNS

All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns. Feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email for any questions regarding fit or sizing.

POP-UP STORES

Items purchased from a pop-up store can only be returned in store while the pop-up remains open.  

WAREHOUSE SALE

All sales are final. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds will be given.

RETURN POSTAGE

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all orders shipping to outside of Australia, return postage will be at the expense of the customer.
