 DISPATCH & SHIPPING

All delivery times are quoted in days for metro areas only and are an estimate, not a guarantee. These shipping estimates are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on external factors and location. 

During sales periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch and delivery due to the increased volume in orders. 

We aim to ship all orders received by 11am AEST on the same day. Any orders after this time cannot be guaranteed same day dispatch and will be shipped the following business day. All orders received over the weekend and on public holidays will be shipped the following business day, excluding sale periods.

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. JGR & STN is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.
